Short Term Effect is one prolific, multi-instrumentalist from Consett. This is his twenty-millionth record. A recent review of another record he did with his other band said "One singer is all deep and meaningfulmo, and then they have this squawking bird or something". Michael is in fact both guys. On this record you won't find any bird squawking, only hushed delicate vocals akin to Eliot Smith and the like. For fans of Nick Drake and Brazilian Favela funk. Artwork by Esther Yuan.
